Live Operator TPV
VoiceLog's Live Operator TPV product places high quality operators interacting with your customers. You can elect to have these operators support automated voice verifications through our “zero-out” functionality or elect to have them handle your entire call verification. Audio is accessible via web or phone and the results of each voice recording are reported back to you immediately after call verification is completed.
Automated Scripted TPV
Our Automated Scripted TPV product utilizes professionally recorded statements and questions which are played to your customer. We also offer Automated Scripted TPV with Quality Control. In addition to recording the responses to your questions and statements, all completed calls are graded based on your criteria, ensuring all necessary information and affirmations have been captured. VoiceLog’s Speech TPV system uses advanced speech recognition technology to pick up the “yes” or “no” answers of the customer and advances the verification script. For all of our Automated Scripted TPVs, the responses are recorded, stored and the entire call can be retrieved via web or phone. We also report the results of your call back to you.
With VoiceLog’s Call Recording product, VoiceLog records the “wrap-up” conversation between a sales agent and the customer. This is an open-ended call recording which concludes by pressing the “#” key on your phone. The audio is stored to be retrieved via web or phone.
